I have nothing against NaruHina, but most of its shippers are annoying as hell, hate Sakura for no reason (actually they hate her "for being useless"), and act like NaruSaku's canonicity is debatable, when it's clearly not, and I HATE that.
I believe there must be NaruHina shippers out there that aren't like that, but I've yet to find one (~katnappe-gurl doesn't annoy me about it but does seem to dislike Sakura)
But anyway, NaruSaku IS canon. You don't have to like it, but you can't go around creating your own couples just because you don't like the official ones. Who gave you that right?
Just because a person likes another one or two people like each other, doesn't mean it's meant to be.
Naruto and Hinata aren't meant to be, they've never been, and they'll never be. But Naruto and Sakura are. Masashi Kishimoto decided that even before he started writing the Manga.
Just BTW, I colored the Uzushiogakure symbol (NOT the Uzumaki Clan Symbol) myself, including the background (which was originally transparent but that made the symbol appear completely black)
His Japanese staff, supported those pairings too, and knew about the pairings all along.
I'm 100% sure you'll say I'm wrong, but I sincerely don't care.
You most likely read the manga wrong, or ignored the hints, and paid more attention to fillers. Like 90% of Naruto fans did. It's okay you don't care but facts are still facts.
On another subject, it's stupid comparing Naruto and Hinata with Goku and Chichi, especially since Hinata has 0 to do with Chichi (unless you count appearance, but that's still an horrible comparison).
Chichi was shy and liked the main character, and wasn't the main heroine, just like Hinata. Bulma closely resembles Sakura, the way they have short tempers, brightly colored hair, etc. Just how Sasuke shares some things in common with Vegeta, so its not really that far fetched.
Actually, Kishimoto followed his pairings through thick and thin, he admitted at one point Hinata would have made a better heroine than Sakura. You know its bad when an author has to admit that sort of thing, so of course he had to give Hinata more moments to better fit his vision of the path he wanted both pairings to go by. "Barely had any importance to the story." Wrong again, if Hinata didn't risk her life to save Naruto, then Naruto wouldn't have gone nine tails, and he wouldn't have met his parents, Naruto would have basically ended there. Or he could have agreed with Obito and given up right then and there if Hinata wasn't there to slap him back to his senses. So I'd say she was very much important to the story.
I'm not accepting a pairing that died out a long time ago, then was nailed inside a coffin and left to rot. I refuse to accept a pairing that's based off of opinions that are thought up in a heart beat just to make a couple (Narusaku) look good in their eyes. NS fans are all about what 'Sakura' wants, meaning what they believe she wants and not at all what the actual character wants which is plain as day. She STILL wants Sasuke and no one else. Confused about her feelings? She's not that stupid, even Kishi has confirmed that Sakura still loves Sasuke and has shoved that pairing down everyone's throats even after Sasuke tried to kill her and after Sakura tried to kill him. I don't want to be in the same room with a pairing that has a lot of double standards like how NS fans claim that Naruto supposedly harbors his childhood crush over Sakura when clearly it shows zero romance on both their parts. And when it was clearly Sasuke being pictured in Sakura's mind at the time she was thinking of the one she truly loved. A frown doesn't mean she was bitter or regretted loving him, it meant she was sad that he was still trapped in darkness. When Sasuke came back, sakura didn't reject his presence and was really happy to see him again. NS fans purposefully overlook such events to keep holding onto the lie that their pairing has been revived with electricity. (People who pay more attention to the anime than the manga, and the Naruto movies which has nothing to do with the manga in the first place.) Like RTN. (Or how Naruto and Sakura act more like teammates and friends than lovers. Then they get painted over with romance that never happened to please their fandom. (Examples: quick opinions, fan art, etc.) When Naruto includes Sakura as being one of his many friends in the manga is again overlooked by the blind NS fans.) RTN was a movie about parents, and what it would have been like to see Naruto with his parents. The way Naruto put on his father's robe and how he saved Sakura is irreverent. Since Minato did save Kushina, but it was himself he put in danger much like how Hinata risked her own life to save Naruto. To some NS fans this looks like selfish acts since its apparently a crime to save people from danger and not care what happens to you. Hinata and Naruto have been pointed out again and again that they will become a couple more so than NS. Like how Hinata loved and accepted Naruto's faults from the start like Minato did towards Kushina. Back to RTN: Naruto used a clone to save Sakura. According to NS fans its also safe to say that Itachi, Kakashi, and other people who have saved Sakura are also in love with her. NS fans continuously claim that Sakura=Kushina, even when its stated in the manga that Naruto's personality is more like his mother's by Kakashi, Jiraiya, and Tsunade. Everyone knows how Sakura's personality is, not one has compared her personality with Kushina's. I doubt Kushina wants a daughter in law who constantly beats Naruto for everything he does even when joking, and someone who shares her bad trait (temper) that she is ashamed to have. On top of all that, Tenten, Ino, Tsunade are also like Kushina in that respect, they have tempers as well. Meaning they must all be a perfect match when comparing them to Kushina, so they are all perfect for Naruto. So Narusaku would = Kushi/Kushi. Again according to NS logic. Minato was just a pawn used by Kishimoto to once again troll NS fans who can't see he is clearly messing with them. In that one chapter when Minato saw Sakura and commented she was just like Kushina. He only witnessed Sakura beating Naruto over the head, and instantly guessed (that's right, guessed) they were a couple. NS Logic: Minato approves Narusaku, based on a guess, and having no real connection on Naruto's love life let alone actual life. His father only knew him for what 40 minutes at best? That goes for how NS fans interpret Sai's views supporting NS fans. I'm not going to believe Sai who doesn't know the first thing about emotions and is only learning about them from books and interacting with Naruto, Sakura and Yamato, and taking his word that Naruto must love Sakura, vice versa, because he found an article how men and women act in a book he read recently. I'm most certainly not going to believe Yamato who has only known Sakura and Naruto for a week? A few days? Its stupid to believe his claims, etc. I'd rather believe Kiba and Kakashi they have known Naruto and Sakura far much longer than either, Minato, Sai, and Yamato have.
(sighs) NS fans just need to stop lying to themselves. I know they won't they are too butt-hurt and in denial to accept what's been made clear.
But I don't agree with your statement.
You can't say a pairing is cannon when the two characters haven't been confirmed to be a couple. That's not how it works. I don't know how long you've been in the fandom, but since Naruto has been around for quite awhile, we are still waiting to see what happens when it comes to Naruto's romantic life.
I understand how you feel towards some NaruHina fans, and I've dealt with a few in the past. But if you think the NaruHina fanbase is 'annoying as hell', then why are you making such a provoking poster with that description? You do realize that this is making not only you look bad, but the whole NaruSaku/Sakura fanbase as well.
Respect other people's opinions instead of jumping to conclusions that the NaruHina fanbase is annoying. If you want to avoid conflicts like these, then don't say things that aren't true.
And it's been getting clearer and clearer that NaruSaku will be
And I didn't say the NaruHina fandom is annoying, only the part of it I've met
I'm sure, though, of that there is a NaruHina fan that isn't annyoing
It's not considered cannon, and I don't know why you say, "It's been getting clearer and clearer that NaruSaku will be cannon." When the manga isn't focused on Naruto's love life, and we won't know for a while on what will happen.
I don't like NaruHina, but I'm not going to say "NaruHina won't be cannon because it's clear that it's not.". That just sounds.. Hypocritical.
You can think it's cannon, but you never really know. Sometimes manga/anime's turn a different direction when you least expect it.
